Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate closely with the Business team to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
- Structure and document detailed business requirements and user stories with specific acceptance criteria, UI/UX design links, API endpoints, and other relevant information.
- Record granular field-level validations to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Product Vision and Strategy:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, aligning it with the overall business strategy.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Agile Methodology:
- Apply agile principles and practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of the sprint goals and priorities.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the business stakeholders, the development team, and the UX/UI designers.
- Collaborate with the UX team to ensure that the user experience is intuitive and meets the needs of the target audience.
- Collaborate with the development team to address technical challenges and ensure that the product is delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the backend team to understand the api functionality.
Technical Understanding:
- Possess a basic understanding of API functionality and tools such as Swagger.
- Be able to understand and articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have worked on at least one technical project as a techno-functional lead.
User Experience (UX) Focus:
- Understand the user experience and be able to suggest missing flows or UI improvements to the UX team.

Validation and Testing:

- 7-12 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, preferably in the Banking Domain.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
