Job Role
You will become part of the product chapter of an Agile hive working on CCIB Credit Transformation programme your primary area of focus will be the Credit Transformation (PE Hive). Credit Transformation is a key strategic agenda for the bank to uplift the core credit platform, drive end-to-end digitization and deliver a fully digitized, data driven Credit Origination model, leveraging internal and external data, and machine learning capabilities.
We are a business-first team with diverse skillset across coverage, risk, product management and technology, who work with frontline and Credit SMEs to find data and analytics driven solutions to business problems and are ably supported by data scientists, POs, ML engineers, developers and QA testers.
We have an open, collaborative culture within the team, and are enthusiastic about driving towards a fully digitalized Credit process from origination to monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing the requirements from initiation to closure by working closely with business stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
• Ensuring requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audience and are understandable and unambiguous.
• Playing a critical communications role by interacting with the user (business domain) and with the technology teams.
• Ensure defect free requirements through use of comprehensive and rigorous requirement elicitation techniques.
• Lead discussion with the project team to clearly identify results needed to achieve business goals and needs.
• Developing requirements (business, user and solution) and establishing traceability to the business vision.
• Proactively suggest process and system improvements which create sustainable business value.
• Understanding the budget and working with forecast and tracking the same.
• Conducting, managing and providing UAT signoffs for relevant releases.
• Create business value through the solution proposed and implemented.
• Act as an SME for the team in terms of Credit and business processes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile IT tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Meeting stakeholder need and project budget / time constraints.
• Adhere to change management standards and procedures.
• Obtaining stakeholder buy-in and signoff on requirements.
• Stakeholder identification, analysis and management.
Additionally,
• Consolidation of system user guides and documentation, and enhance the current knowledge management approach.
• Support analysis and documentation on capability aligned delivery and support operation model transformation.
• Support defect and issue rationalization and prioritization through functional and business impact analysis.
• Business impact and scenarios inputs for defect solution assessment and proposals from L3 support.
• Search and evaluate self-service and automation tools to enhance support model transformation.
• Update and enhance documentation for business support Department Operating Instructions.
• Access matrix review and improve control and procedures documentation.
• Review and document key metrics for service efficiency opportunities.
• Conduct data analysis and augment support for data work requests.
• Support in BAU functional user queries and issues resolution.
Strategy
• To streamline the budgets for the overall hive platforms and work closely with the technology counterparts to achieve the optimum stage.

• PE Hive - primarily on the credit transformation.

• Monitor all major risk issues and concentrations. Where appropriate, direct remedial action and / or ensure adequate reporting to Risk Committees.

Our Ideal Candidate
• Graduate (10+2+3) / MBA (optional)
• 10 - 15 years of hands-on experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Experience of working in a collaborative, global team
• Should have strong domain knowledge of Credit Risk and Processes and Client Credit Risk Lifecycle
• Knowledge of the Agile methodology for technology delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
