As a Product Owner - Digital Wholesale team, you will drive value across global and regional initiatives for B2B by expanding and maturing our commerce platform. Your role will be pivotal in driving the continued development of our global in-house B2B platform. You’ll bridge business needs and technical delivery - managing the roadmap, refining the backlog, and ensuring each release delivers measurable value. Working closely with stakeholders and teams across markets, you’ll enhance functionality, simplify processes, and enable a consistent, efficient way of working in a Global business.

Reporting to the Global Transformation Lead for Digital Wholesale, as part of the role you will:
Create and execute digital product priorities. You will serve as the voice of the customer and employees, collaborating with the business team and internal digital teams on visioning, concept development, and compilation of the product strategy, all while ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends by taking a data-driven, fact-based approach.
You establish and maintain a highly effective relationship with business representatives and stakeholders. Acting as an ambassador for your product internally and externally, you will initiate collaboration with other ASICS departments, ensure adoption is secured and measured, and gather customer input to support informed decision-making, and ensure process and content transparency for all stakeholders.
Define and execute digital product roadmap. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams and global and regional stakeholders, you will manage and validate roadmap priorities based on business value and operational continuity.
Own product validation, performance, and lifecycle. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, drive growth and enhancing customer experience on a global scale while securing regulatory compliance and emphasizing impact and outcomes over output.

Product Ownership experience in the digital and wholesale industry. You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably having worked in globally operational organizations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management proficiency. You are able to coordinate with multiple decision makers across business lines, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Data-drivenness. You take a customer centric and data-driven approach to decision making and problem solving, committing to achieving a premium customer experience based on metrics and global market knowledge.
Experience driving product execution and delivery on cross-functional projects involving business, design, and technology teams. You possess in-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies, have experience working with Agile Scrum teams and are confident in driving the iterative realization and validation of a set strategic direction.
Familiarity with the right suite of products. You are familiar with the Atlassian suite of products and ideally have experience with B2B platforms, SAP, and Salesforce.
