We are looking for a Product Owner who will:
• You will Preparation and participation in PI planning
• You will work with Product Management and other stakeholders to understand and clarify candidate features
• You will collaborate with Technical Leads and other Product Owners on cross-team features to develop business use cases and assist in developing Level 0 estimates
• You will support team by providing context around functional and non-functional requirements, dependencies and minimum viable product, resolving ambiguities and clarifying relative priorities.build highly available, scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems
• You will Participation in sprint work
• You will produce stories and define acceptance criteria; refine backlog and adjust backlog priorities as necessary
• You will guide team with through Q&A and clarification; assist with exploratory testing or other verification as needed; formally accepts stories with support from the team and story demos.
• You will be grooming and facilitating defect backlog
• You will maintain team defect backlog
• You will work with client services and other external groups to prioritise backlog effectively
• You will maintain awareness of customer implementations – Contextualise Product Management requests by liaising with services, managed services and where possible, customers, so the intent of requests is deeply appreciated.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or technically related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience in an agile product development environment, building scalable high-performance complex applications
• Industry experience in telecom BSS is preferred
• Product Owner experience is preferred
• Communication and Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively, in written and verbal form, and participate in discussions with aan aim to achieving shared understanding and a positive outcome
• Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage in negotiation to drive towards a solution that is acceptable for all parties
• Decisiveness: Demonstrated ability to act decisively, gathering pertinent information and moving forward in a timely way.
• Analytical skills: Demonstrated ability to break down business problems or high-level solutions into smaller units that can be understood and delivered by a team.
