We’re Hiring: In-House Product Photographer!
Florence James Collective is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Product Photographer to join our team! In this role, you’ll focus exclusively on product photography for ecommerce and commercial clients. We’re seeking a creative professional who can take charge of the entire process—from pre-production and styling to shooting and project coordination—ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results. Experience with strobe lighting is essential for this role.

Location:
In-house position – Brisbane Studio (Windsor)
Schedule:
Contracted/Casual role
Seasonal position for our busy period, with the potential for increased hours or a more permanent role based on performance
General working hours are + am to 5 pm (no weekends), with occasional extended hours for larger projects
Pay:
Competitive remuneration

Key Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality product images that meet our brand standards for ecommerce and marketing assets.
Work both independently on projects and collaboratively within a team
Style products and set up scenes using props, ensuring a visually appealing setup before shooting
Prepare detailed project briefs and manage pre-production tasks (prop sourcing, DIY, creating backdrops, etc.)
Organise and manage image files
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all projects
Prepare retouching briefs for post-production
Experience working with models is a bonus
All gear provided
Requirements:
Experience as a food or product photographer
Must have experience shooting with strobe lighting (non-negotiable)
Ability to compose and style a set
Portfolio submission required
A current driver's license and vehicle is a must (for pre-production duties)
