Hi-Tek Syndicate is one of the oldest and the largest collection agency with its head quarters in New Delhi.The organisation was incorporated in 1993 and is pioneer in banking collections and banking recoveries.We have physical presence in Delhi,Mohali , Ludhiana,Patna,Muzzaffarpur,Kolkatta,Jaipur,Agra and Lucknow.

We are hiring for Product Trainers for Jaipur Location.

The candidate should have worked in a similar capacity for a minimum period of 2 years.Should have worked as a Collections Trainer .Should be a graduate with above average communication and interpersonal skills and mental ability.Should be extremely comfortable working on excel ,Power Point and preparation of reports.

The candidate would be responsible for gauging the training needs of individuals and teams. Onboarding new talent,preparation of presentations and teaching materials.

A trainer needs to drive collection process training using industry best practice.Creation of timely TNI and TNA for all the skills in coordination with Quality Team.Partner with Operations and streamline / enhance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
