???? Position: Quality Manager – Bearings
???? Industry: Bearing Manufacturing
???? Location: Delhi NCR
???? Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & skills)
???? Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical) or relevant field
???? Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Bearing Industry
???? Key Responsibilities:
✅ Raw material testing, in-process inspection, final inspection & PDI
✅ Customer quality management & timely calibration of instruments
✅ Strong experience in audits, failure analysis, QMS documentation
✅ Proficient in ISO, IATF, CSR compliance
✅ Daily/Monthly rejection & scrap reporting and root cause analysis
✅ Handling customer complaints with 8D methodology (internal & external)
✅ Skilled in 7 QC Tools, 5 Core Quality Tools, MIS maintenance, defect analysis
