Product Sales Manager
We are seeking a driven Product Sales Manager to sell our InsurTech/FinTech workflow solutions to Indian banks, NBFCs, and insurers.
• Enterprise Hunter: Utilize your knowledge of the Indian BFSI sector to find and win marquee clients (banks, NBFCs, insurers).
• Strategic Seller: Develop and execute a go-to-market plan—position our communication and data-management platforms, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Revenue Driver: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to fuel product adoption and market expansion across the domestic market.
Growth Focus: You will steer high-impact sales initiatives for cutting-edge InsurTech/FinTech solutions.
Autonomy & Influence: Shape our product sales strategy and be a key player in driving product penetration.
Big Wins: Take ownership of large deals, partner with marquee clients, and watch your efforts translate directly into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Product Sales & Client Acquisition
Owning and driving the sales process for Monocept's product suite, especially workflow-based solutions in the BFSI space. Building relationships and winning mandates from large enterprise clients. Meeting and exceeding assigned revenue targets.
Strategic Account Management & Partner Collaboration
Maintaining and growing strategic accounts. Collaborating with partners to enter new market segments. Owning client lifecycle management — identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Designing GTM strategies for upselling new modules, cross-selling related platforms, and securing long-term renewals.
Forecasting & Reporting
Developing funnel and pipeline reports to drive actionable insights. Providing accurate market intelligence and performance dashboards to leadership.
Product Benchmarking & Value Differentiation
Continuously analyzing competing solutions and positioning Monocept's offerings as superior in terms of features, scalability, and business value. Presenting comparative business cases to CXO-level stakeholders.
Revenue Ownership: License + Services + Implementation
Taking accountability for multi-stream revenue including software licensing, platform implementation, support services, and managed deployments. Tracking ARR, ACV, and renewal metrics.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in enterprise technology or SaaS product sales, with full-cycle ownership. Strong understanding of product monetization models: License-based, SaaS, Implementation. Proficiency in product benchmarking, solution mapping, and value selling. Expertise in BFSI client management across Indian domestic markets. Proven record of quota attainment and large deal closures (e.g., ₹10 Cr revenue in a fiscal year). Skilled in conducting end-to-end RFPs, client demos, negotiations, and executive-level presentations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
