Purpose of the role:
Drive the profitable growth of product sales, which includes Housings, Accessories and Ball bearing unit product lines in Industrial Business.
Responsibilities
• Be a single point of contact for resolution of product related technical and commercial queries for Product Sales portfolio in respective segment.
• Co-ordinate effectively with Segment/ Distribution teams for inclusion and recommendation of non-bearing products to customers.
• Identifying potential, conducting market research, generating product requirements, developing marketing strategies, and determining specifications, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction.
• Achieve agreed Sales growth, profitability, and Market development targets as per defined “Annual Business & Sales Plan”
• Support new / customized solution developments in co-ordination with SKF factories, Product Engineering, and customer.
• Monitor competitor activities, assess impact and provide inputs for effective response.
• Participate in market development initiatives such as Seminars, customer visits, Tech Days and Exhibitions for increasing awareness of Product Sales portfolio
• Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, marketing, and production
• Develop product schemes to achieve sale growth.
