Job Desription
Support to Frontline Retail Sales Team, to guide on Digital Products - viz.. NACH, UPI Virtual Accounts assist solution activation.
Build up CASA Balances
Enhance Solution Active customers. Identify potential clientele for Digital Solutions - NACH, UPI, Virtual Accounts related APIs
Knowledge share on digital products for frontline to drive Solution attachment
Process simplification that makes customer on-boarding transacting experience easy
Work closely with the NSM - Retail Solutions to develop sales strategy
Drive Current Account balance build-up with Solution led acquiring. Generate CMS Fee Income.
Domain Knowledge mandatory (KYC, On-boarding, RBI guidelines, understanding of CMS products).
Structuring tasks - managing tasks, upholding standards focused on producing output
Previous relevant minimum experience of 3 years in Product Sales Manager role high value client handling.
