Role/ Job Title: Product Sales Manager
Function/ Department: Business Banking
Job Purpose
The role entails building onboarding journey of Insta First OD and servicing capabilities through various platforms for the lending products. Grow and manage the BBG business for the bank and help drive Savings and current account growth. The role will closely collaborate with the Branch Banking Teams, Product Team, CAD Team, and other Product Heads (Liabilities & Asset side) for the same. The role has responsibility for the Insta First OD product targets for the FY with respect to the acquisition through these platforms and contributing to the larger organizational objectives of the bank of helping also to build CASA.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyse the market potential and strategically develop strong networks to source business.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers for Business Banking with understanding of Credit assessment.
• Develop working relationship with Branches for cross leveraging & synergy.
• Maintain the quality of sourcing in adherence to designed policy and compliance frameworks.
• Understand portfolio performance management and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• End to End processing of Insta First OD cases from meeting the customer, document collection and login the application in system, coordinating with credit and getting the case decisioned and executing disbursement documentation.
• Portfolio Management of cases
• Interest Servicing
• Renewal of these cases
• Coordinating with internal team stakeholders.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com)/Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA)
Post-graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA)/PGDM
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
