Job Description
Responsible for overall Retail Trade Business Development.
• Responsible for Trade and Forex Advisory being single point contact for all stakeholders with regards to Trade and Forex Transactions (LRS, NR Remittances and repatriation, PRP, Forward and options Booking, Trade Backed Lending, Structured Deals).
• Revenue growth of RTFx Business, making strategy with cluster and regional leadership of Acquisition, Branch Banking, Affluent and Assets channels of Retail Banking.
• Conducting regular training of branches/resources with regards to TFx to make resources TFx knowledgeable resources.
• Ensuring the compliance in each Tfx transaction executing in cluster through liaising with different stakeholders such as Branches, Corporate Service Desk, Backend Operations and product team.
• Monitoring of pending compliances and helping Branches/Service Desk to resolve the compliance regarding pendency.
• Tie Ups with Industrial Associations/Trade Association bodies to present our product and services, Attending Business seminars of Associations
