Job Description
Security Testing Engineer is a new global role within our organization. We are looking for a software security testing expert with relevant experience who can guide the R&D development and testing process with his/her security domain expertise. In this role, you can influence in new feature implementation decisions, and propose alternative solutions for a better security posture of the product. You have the possibility to analyze security audits and test reports, and implement and execute security testing for different stages of product development.
As Security Testing Engineer you will be responsible for the development of security testing practices and tools and related, such as security testing guidance, DevSecOps, test automation, vulnerability management and handling, and threat and risk management. You will work closely with product teams globally and support them in security testing practices. Work is focused on product security and product development teams, ranging from cranes, port equipment, lift trucks, cloud systems, IoT, etc. You will be a trusted security testing advisor for the central organization as well as product teams and a go-to person in case of security testing queries and consulting needs. In this role, you will report to Basit Syed, Head of Product Security. The position is located in Pune, India.
Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards.
Your Experience
To achieve these goals, you have a degree in Engineering, related working experience on testing and security and at least few years of experience with software development and/or product development. Experience on relevant security standards, such as ISO 27001 or ISA/IEC 62443 is good to have. You are proficient with security testing methodologies and tools and have hands-on experience on secure coding and security testing. In addition, to succeed in the role you are systematic and self-driven with can-do attitude and willingness to help others. You should also be fluent in both written and spoken English.

Security Testing Engineer is a new global role within our organization.
