Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Specialist for its New York, New York location.
Duties: Provides leadership in the evaluation of Fintech partners and a deep understanding of the Fintech ecosystem and players. Provides thought leadership through investment steps with Citi Investment office and external Venture Capital firms during valuation and Cap tables. Develops business solution designs for middleware and integrators that connect banks with top ERP and TMS partners. Leads the development and launch of treasury management solutions, including all core treasury processes, cash positioning, forecasting, risk management, accounting, exposure management, risk, and control functions. Supports the end-to-end product development life cycle including ideation, product definition, build\prototyping, design, validation, and commercialization. Build partnerships and alliances, and manage relationships with Financial Technology Vendors, Treasury - Accounting Product Vendors and contractors to develop innovative banking products and services. Contribute to the achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals. Oversee the identification and execution of technical solutions. Lead the research definition and development of new product features to advance the Citibank product integration roadmap and performance.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (3 or 4 year degree) or foreign equivalent, in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field and 8 years of experience as an Associate Director, Technical Leader, Assistant Manager or related position involving technical project management for financial products and services. 8 years of experience must include: SAP Systems Implementations; Implementing Treasury solution roadmaps; Designing and implementing Cash Management and Foreign Exchange Management business processes for large multinational corporations; Designing and implementing robust corporate payments and bank reconciliation business processes for large multinational corporations; Leading product development teams to design and implement practical finance business process improvements; Developing product innovation roadmaps and treasury and finance business strategies; Third-party vendor management; Developing annual budgets for IT projects; SWIFT, Kyriba, FXall, Fireapps, Bloomberg; and Foreign Exchange Risk Management. 100% telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Up to 10 % international and domestic travel required.
