Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, Self-Driven Candidate to join our fantastic sales team.
Responsibilities include creating & developing physician accounts to increase sales & meet targets,
Performing products demonstrations and training to physicians and customers
The products to be covered are high-end physician dispensed cosmeceuticals products for skin, hair and lasers
Roles and Responsibilities
• Generation of Sales and Creation of Accounts
Create New accounts continuously and meet the sales target for every quarter for all product segments. Have continuously follow up with accounts and there team for generation of sales by supporting them.
• Business development activities at Clinics
Do regular In-Clinic activities to boost the promotion of brands to the patients of our accounts ( Physicians ).Ensure the brands are positioned properly at the clinic and support them on marketing through strategic support
• Marketing Activities at B2C through Instagram and other modes
Do Support the digital team on creating contents for reels/post in social media. Also help them in doing marketing support in conducting live chats for promoting the brand to B2C
• Training to Physicians and their Staffs
Do conduct products knowledge and application training to accounts-physicians and their staff for effective promotion of products
• Undergoing continuous training and develop products knowledge
Need to attend regular trainings conducted by company/manufacturer and develop product knowledge regularly
Desired Candidate Profile
• Preferably looking for candidate ,as products are women centric
• Should be self-driven and willing to travel across country
• Should have good networking skills
• Should be knowledgeable and have keen interests for cosmetics ,skin laser and makeup products
• Must be a team player
• Must be good at communication, especially English and preferably Hindi.
• Prior experience in this field of cosmetics will be added advantage
