Job Description
• Can work on email support and reduce the response time of existing process.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Linux & Postman.
• Familiar with APIs.
• Fluent English language skills, as the position requires communication with customers in English.
• Strong Excel skills, as the candidate will likely be required to work with spreadsheets and data analysis.
• Troubleshooting skills, as the candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, as the candidate will need to use various Office applications in their work.
• Email and documentation proficiency, as the candidate will likely be required to communicate with customers and colleagues via email and create documentation for troubleshooting and other tasks.
• Experience with remote support and remote access tools, as the candidate will likely need to provide remote assistance to customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge of common operating systems, as the candidate will need to be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Note :- Must have own laptop and ready to work in rotational shift.
