About Us:
Position: Product Support.
• Handling clients technical as well as functional queries Online/Visit.
• Installing & configuring software either Online or Visit.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients, collaborating with technical teams to resolve them.
• Report issues to development /audit team and follow up for the same.
• Document and track reported issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication with clients.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our technical analysis tools, software, and trading platforms.
• Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate customers on using our products and services.
• Helping team in day-to-day activities like MIS maintaining etc.
• Should be ready to work in shifts.
• Good communications skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in a customer support or technical support role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with financial markets and trading regulations is a plus.
• Identify and target potential customers who would benefit from our product services and solutions.
