THE ROLE
Product Analysis and Customer Support, (PACS) as the name indicates, provides 24/7 support to clients who use Temenos products. This includes either clients in the Implementing stage or clients who are already live on Temenos products. PACS handles all support requests from these clients.

OPPORTUNITIES
Understand the working of the Triple A Plus product – application(s) in which expertise needs to be built through training programs including on the job training, class room training and training material available on the knowledge collateral(s).
Work directly with customers to help triage & resolve issues logged to segregate bugs vs non-bugs and provide solutions or move to maintenance for fixing respectively
Review solutions produced by Technical Support analysts within the PACS team for quality, clarity, efficiency and adherence to TEMENOS and/or market standards, from a functional standpoint.
Should be able to understand Wealth in the market , correlate it with TAP/T24 product and provide solutions to tickets logged by clients
Understand the details in ticket logged. Validate the completeness of information provided and if required, collect further information from client. Use the collected information to analyze the problem threadbare.
When identified as a bug, do comprehensive documentation including product analysis of defect, elaborating the root cause and possible resolution for the defect.
Provide additional information that would help Development team to fix and test the problem effectively.
Provide solutions with quality, clarity, efficiency and adherence to TEMENOS and/or market standards, from a functional standpoint.
Keep up to date with the latest enhancements developed by product in order to triage & resolve tickets effectively
Act as the frontline for PACS and participate in effective discussions with Clients / Partners/ Consultants/ Architects both internally & externally
Collaborate with Product, RSH, Support Managers and other delivery teams to resolve & manage customer issues and escalations.
SKILLS
BE/ BTec/ MCA graduate with 3 to 6 years relevant experience in software development and Support
Prior knowledge in Triple A Plus Product/Application.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills is required.
Excellent Programming & debugging skills
Experience in Java,
Should be able to deliver 24 X 7 support to our global customer base (Hybrid working - 3 days from Office and two days from office)
