Position: Product Support Executive
Location: Bhandup, Mumbai
About the role
We're looking for a dynamic Product Support Executive who can assist in various
stages of the customer life cycle such as onboarding, migration & support. The
executive should be well organized and be prepared to work in a fast-paced
dynamic team environment.
The customer success associate chosen for this position will gain hands-on
experience working on challenges, with guidance from a mentor and other
members.
Duties & Responsibilities
● Incumbent will be the first point of contact for customers via email & chat
primarily, over the phone if it is required.
● Work with the product engineering team to resolve issues, bugs, and
feature requests reported by customers and to ensure that they are
delivered & conveyed to customers.
● Work closely with the Quality Assurance team
● Play a key role in sharing the voice of our customers with the rest of our
internal teams
● Identify and report bugs & customer requests using JIRA
● Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer handling
processes and problem escalation
● You will be the key stakeholders to add or edit the self-Help product knowledgebase
Work Experience & Skills
● 1 months to 2 year of hands on experience in a customer-facing
web/application or SaaS support role
● Good communication skills and ability to communicate with customers by
email, chat, and phone
● Knowledge of database queries and web application is a must for the role
● Showcase a customer-focused attitude and willingness to work with fast

Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
