Job Description
Role Essentials:
1. Create Design Validation Plan for Ceiling Fan, TPW , Exhaust and air cooler.
2. Conduct DVP as per project timeline, coordinate with test executives to conduct test, provide them training and guidance.
3. Issue test report to stake holders, conduct testing review meetings with stake holders.
4. Field / Internal Testing failure root cause analysis, trouble shooting with design, manufacturing,
quality and sourcing team.
5. Test data acquisition and analysis, coordinate with instrumentation team to improve testing facility, generate ideas for test automation.
6. Intensifying competitor products for Benchmarking, evaluating and comparing performance and durability of competitors.
7. Strong knowledge of Indian standards for Ceiling Fan, TPW , Exhaust and air cooler.
