Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Product Tester with manual testing experience who is tech-savvy and thrives on curiosity. The ideal candidate enjoys exploring products, identifying bugs, and proactively thinking about how things can be better. You’ll work closely with the product and development teams to ensure that Eazybe delivers a seamless and robust user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough manual testing of web and extension-based applications
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases and checklists for new and existing features
• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and accurately using tracking tools
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand feature requirements and expected behavior
• Perform regression testing to ensure issues are resolved and do not reoccur
• Simulate real-world user scenarios and edge cases to ensure product reliability
• Contribute to improving QA processes and proactively suggest enhancements
• Stay curious — research and understand the tools and workflows used by our customers
What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year of manual testing experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech product environment
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to testing
• Comfortable with browser extensions, web apps, and navigating tech tools
• Ability to think like a user, spot usability issues, and anticipate user behavior
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Curious and self-motivated — you don’t wait to be told what to test; you dig in and explore
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or similar
• Basic understanding of APIs, browser consoles, or automation tools is a bonus (not mandatory)
