Job Title: Product Trainer
Job Description:
To assist in the design, development and maintenance of training courses and materials.
To plan, prepare and research in preparation for each training course.
Create engaging learning experiences (presentations, hands-on labs, case studies, etc.) tailored to meet the needs of diverse audiences (clients and employees).
Manage time, resources, and scope of training projects to ensure successful completion.
Providing training about our all courses & CRM to internal staff and agent.
Sales Follow-up, assign sales target
To remain up to date with the Summative product suite, including changes to the products but also legislation and sector changes that may have an impact on product training.
To deliver high quality training courses to clients and internal staff, appropriately tailoring the material for the audience.
To ensure all training materials are in line with the latest software releases.
To respond to training related queries, both internally and externally.
To evaluate the effectiveness of each training session.
To ensure good communication with clients to promote additional training and Summative products.
Contribute to user communities by actively triaging and resolving user queries related to product knowledge.
Key Behavioural Characteristics:
Previous experience in delivering training is essential.
Able to effectively communicate complex information in a clear way to a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Able to engage audiences to ensure quality training participation.
Outstanding communication skills, communicating effectively both verbally and in written form with colleagues and clients to a high standard
Have a positive approach to learning new things, troubleshooting potential issues and to help provide solutions.
Strong attention to detail, an outstanding work ethic and a commitment for results
Eager to learn, friendly and inspiring
Office Timing & Working Days : 10:00 AM_7:15PM _2nd and 3rd Saturday off. Sunday Fix Off (We Give 15_15 Minute two Break & Half Hour Lunch Time)
