About the Role
We are seeking a Product/UX Designer (Consultant) with 4+ years of experience in B2C product design to join our team for a 6-month full-time contract, with potential extension to 1 year. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, along with a deep understanding of interaction design, design systems, and accessibility. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to create intuitive and impactful user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile B2C applications.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and researchers to define product vision, goals, and strategies.
Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and apply findings to enhance product usability and accessibility.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI specs using tools like Figma and Photoshop.
Lead or support usability testing sessions to iterate designs based on real user feedback.
Build and maintain design system components and documentation to support consistency and scalability across products.
Contribute to a user-centered, data-informed design culture through feedback, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
Stay current with trends in UX, product design, accessibility, and the gaming domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
4+ years of experience in UI/UX/Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-focused design in B2C products.
Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Deep understanding of interaction design principles, design systems, and accessibility.
Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive web applications.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and other industry-standard design tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.
Background or interest in gaming UX is a plus.
