We are a growing custom woodworking and cabinet manufacturing shop producing cabinet doors, drawer inserts, entry doors and custom cabinetry projects for residential and trade customers. Our goal is to improve organization, reduce chaos, and create predictable production flow while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.
ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized Production Admin Coordinator to support production flow, job tracking, customer inquiries, and internal coordination. This is an administrative coordination role with shop-floor interaction and light customer-facing responsibilities. You will work closely with everyone in the shop to ensure information is accurate, jobs are prepared properly, and communication stays clear.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and organize job information before production begins (drawings, specs, materials, hardware, notes).
Maintain production tracking in Trello and ensure data accuracy.
Track daily job progress and follow up on missing information.
Coordinate priorities with production leadership.
Respond to customer inquiries, gather project information, and assist with basic quoting and scheduling communication.
Help reduce last-minute surprises, missed details, and rework.
Support continuous improvement of workflows and documentation.
WHO YOU ARE
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working with both office and shop teams.
Clear communicator (written and verbal).
Calm, steady, and dependable.
Confident following up and closing open loops.
Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, email, and task management tools.
You are not responsible for production decisions — your role is to help ensure the plan is executed cleanly.
EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
Administrative coordination, logistics, operations, or scheduling.
Manufacturing, construction, or trades environment exposure.
Customer service or quoting experience.
Comfort learning new systems.
