Location: 1 Warman Road, Winnipeg, MB
Hours: Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Summary:
This role performs administrative functions for the planning and warehousing departments handling responsibilities critical to shift operations and maintenance of customer relationships. Based out of the Warman Road facility, the role supports the evening shift operations at all three Future Transfer locations in Winnipeg.
Job Duties:
Generate work orders & postproduction data in ERP system
Prepare and provide required documentation and labels to production floor
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
Generate production reports to customers
Update all customer ERP systems as per customer specific needs
Enter production transfers and bulk receipts
Ensure material tracking systems are accurate and up to date
Assist in solving inventory or production record discrepancies
Field customer inquiries
Perform general reception duties such as answering the phone and greeting walk-ins
Process warehouse orders & receipts
Generate reports for management
Perform clerical duties such as filing
Comply with company safety and ergonomic best practices
Perform other related duties as required or assigned
Required Knowledge/ Experience:
Two - Five years of relevant work experience is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (with strong excel skills), and other computer systems.
Experience with SAP is considered and asset
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and tight timelines professionally
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills to interact with external customers and all levels of the organization
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of the team
Proficient in using general office equipment
Strong work ethic and positive team-oriented attitude
Work Conditions:
Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
Overtime and alternate shifts may be required
Long periods of sitting, with occasional standing
Variable Work environment; may require time in the warehouse to resolve issues
