Job Title: Production and Planning Control Engineer
Qualification: B.Tech (Mandatory)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Line Capacity Planning: Review and update line capacity planning in line with business requirements.
Import Material Planning: Plan and manage the import of materials, especially from China.
MIS Reporting: Prepare and present management information system (MIS) reports for management review.
P&L Analysis: Monitor and analyse P&L, including sales, RMC, manufacturing costs, and transportation costs.
Production & Material Control: Oversee production and material planning, ensuring effective control and execution.
Delivery & Material Review: Conduct daily reviews of delivery schedules and material shortages.
OEE & Productivity: Calculate and monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and productivity metrics.
Improvement Projects: Coordinate and support improvement projects and cost-saving activities.
Forecast Coordination: Update and monitor monthly and annual forecasts.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory control and conduct cost-saving analyses.
Non-Moving & Slow-Moving Items: Manage and monitor non-moving and slow-moving items.
Production Planning: Develop and monitor production plans versus actual output.
Export Material Planning: Plan and monitor export materials.
Customer Relationship Management: Handle planning and customer relationship management.
Reconciliation: Reconcile raw materials (RM) and bought-out parts (BOP)
