Your role within the team
The Production & Warehouse Coordinator supports the Production Manager in ensuring the smooth, compliant, and efficient operation of the production and warehouse functions. The role focuses on coordinating operational activities, managing documentation, and supporting production planning, rostering, and compliance requirements across the site.
Key responsibilities include:
Support production reporting and analytics to drive informed decision-making
Develop, document, and enforce safe and efficient production procedures
Prepare and manage production and warehouse documentation accurately
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase productivity
Coordinate team rostering and workforce planning activities
Review daily production schedules and collaborate closely with the Production Manager
Ensure all products are manufactured in line with specifications and quality standards
Assist Production and Quality teams in managing non-conformances and corrective actions
Oversee production equipment, inventory, and consumables to ensure operational readiness
Contribute to site transformation initiatives, supporting best-in-class manufacturing practices across safety, quality, and documentation

Minimum 2 years’ experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments and in a production management or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of GMP and HACCP principles and compliance requirements
Solid understanding of food manufacturing standards and regulations
Highly developed administrative and organisational skills
Strong safety mindset with a commitment to workplace health and safety practices
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proactive, adaptable, and able to respond effectively in fast-paced environments
Exceptional attention to detail, with experience in data analysis and documentation optimisation
