We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production and Warehouse Operator to join our team in Mordialloc. This is an excellent opportunity as full on-the-job training provided—no prior experience required!
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing of foam cushions: Operating machinery, trimming, and bagging
Masonite cutting: Operating cutting equipment and packing finished products
General warehousing duties: Including picking orders and assisting with loading/unloading vehicles as needed
Position Details:
Employment Type: Full-time (permanent or casual options available)
Hours: 8 Hour Shifts, Monday to Friday
Location: Mordialloc, Victoria

Rostered Days Off (RDOs) available
On-the-job training provided
Overtime opportunities available
Immediate Start!
Requirements:
No experience necessary—full training will be provided
Forklift licence is preferable but not essential
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
