Description: The Product Application Executive will be responsible for overseeing the successful application of our products in various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Composite manufacturing, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
o Understand customer requirements and identify suitable product solutions to meet their needs.
o Conducting trials at customers end & convince technically.
o Collaborate with customers to analyze their manufacturing processes and recommend optimal product applications.
o Understand customer requirements and identify suitable product solutions to meet their needs.
o Conduct on-site visits to assess manufacturing operations and provide technical guidance to ensure efficient product usage.
o Develop and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and research and development, to provide insights and feedback on product performance and customer requirements.
o Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, continuously expanding knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies.
o Assist in the development of new product applications and improvements based on customer feedback and market demands.
o Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support.
o Collect and analyze data on product performance and customer feedback to generate reports and make recommendations for product enhancements or modifications.

Required Skills:
BSc or Diploma chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Proven experience working in a composites manufacturing environment, preferably in a technical or application-focused role.
In-depth knowledge of composite manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex manufacturing challenges and propose effective solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools used in manufacturing and product analysis.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
