Responsibilities
• Track and action incidents, requests and problem tickets submitted via ticketing tool and emails.
• Troubleshoot and investigate application functionality related issues and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure, investigate and mitigate any abnormalities in the applications by collaborating with development & infrastructure teams.
• Research and propose solutions to enhance uptime, efficiency, and recovery of systems.
• Suggest improvements in the process or application to reduce the time to resolve an issue.
• Build tools or scripts to automate or assist in resolving issue/problem tickets.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B. Tech).
• Minimum 2 years' experience as IT Support Engineer.
• Good knowledge of relational databases and Unix/Linux commands with hands-on scripting experience.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues through log analysis.
• Experience in monitoring application and infrastructure.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral & written communication.
• Experience with Java web technologies and Amazon Web Services would be a plus
