Position: Production Apprentice – Electronics Assembly
Location: Sriperumbudur (Manufacturing Plant)
Department: Production & Assembly Operations
Program Duration: 12 Months (Paid Apprenticeship)

Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum education: Diploma
• Must be at least 20 years of age
• Valid Aadhar card required
• Interest in electronics or technical work is a plus
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting with the assembly of electronic components on the production line
• Learning to use tools and fixtures for soldering, fitting, and testing
• Following detailed work instructions and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workstation
• Reporting any defects or process issues to supervisors
• Supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
Program Structure
• 12-month structured, paid on-the-job training
• * working hours per day (including a 1-hour break), 5 days a week
• Periodic assessments at 3 and 11 months to track progress
• Certificate issued jointly by the company and recognized authorities on successful completion
