Production Artist and Mockup Designer
Yarn Marketplace is seeking a skilled Production Artist and Mockup Designer to join our team. As a Production Artist and Mockup Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality mockups for promotional products and apparel, as well as other production tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with sales representatives to create high-quality mockups for promotional products and apparel based on client specifications.
Communicate with clients through email and phone conversations to ensure their vision is executed in all designs and to discuss realistic options for realizing that vision.
Work with clients and account managers to ensure mockups meet their expectations
Produce and prepare production-ready artwork files for our print and decoration departments
Prepare and review proofs for accuracy
Collaborate with other members of the production team to ensure a smooth workflow
Maintain accurate records of all artwork files and revisions
Stay up-to-date on current design trends and technologies
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Production Artist and Mockup Designer or similar role
Have the graphic designing skills required to design mockups, vector graphics, logo editing, etc.
Be customer service oriented
Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of production processes and file preparation for print and embroidery
Understanding of color theory and print production
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
