Job description

Spang Engineered Solutions, a division of Spang & Company, has an opening for a Shipping/Inventory Control Coordinator at its new location in McKinney, TX. This person is responsible for assembling small electronic components from drawings, schematics, work instructions, specification sheets, and manuals.

Spang Engineered Solutions designs and manufactures custom inductive components for an array of industries including renewable energy, solar, medical, aerospace, automotive, and military. Our manufacturing locations include Pittsburgh, PA, Phoenix, AZ, McKinney, TX, in the U.S.A., and Xiamen, China

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Assemble small and large volume production of electronic components.

• Wind magnet wire onto plastic bobbins.

• Apply solder to terminals or wire.

• Repair or replacement of defective components.

• Apply insulation and connect wiring.

• Verify materials and requirements.

• Testing of electrical components.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
