We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team in a flexible part-time role. The primary focus of this position will be sewing monograms and packing orders. Additional responsibilities include:
Using embroidery equipment to produce orders
Using software for design creation
Carefully packing customer orders
Keeping the workspace tidy (sweeping, organizing materials, etc.—no heavy cleaning)
What We're Looking For:
Someone with careful attention to detail who can closely follow procedures
Someone with reliable transportation that can maintain a consistent weekly schedule
Comfortable working independently on production tasks
Keeps a neat and organized workspace
Sewing experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week

Our schedule is flexible, but we do want it to be consistent once it's set. We're looking for about 20 hours per week, and you can choose the days and times that work best for you. After we agree on a schedule, we'd like to keep it the same each week. What would your ideal weekly schedule look like?

When could you start? Immediately, 2 weeks, specific date, etc.

While sewing experience isn't required, it can be helpful. Do you have any past experience with sewing or using a sewing machine?
When working on detailed tasks (like wrapping gifts or crafting), do you tend to prioritize precision and neatness, speed and efficiency, or a balance of both?
Which sounds more satisfying to you and why: making things look perfect, getting lots of orders out or organizing workflow?
This role involves standing for extended periods and light lifting. Are you comfortable with this?
