Job Description
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a junior/new graduate to get their foot in the door at our studio to learn as well as experience the world of TV production. We are looking for an energetic team player who can positively contribute to our environment.
Job Duties :
Assisting the Producers on all areas of production (including admin support) as required.
Logistical Support: Assisting Producers and Directors with day-to-day office and studio tasks.
Documentation & Data: Preparing scripts, schedules, reports, and managing essential production paperwork.
On-Set Assistance: Supporting camera crew, talent, and technical staff during studio recordings or location shoots.
Resource Management: Handling equipment sign-out, tracking props.
Post-Production Prep: Organizing and logging raw footage for the editing.
Working flexible hours or shifts (including evenings or weekends) to meet the demands of a tight production schedule
Qualifications:
Post-Secondary graduate
Proficient in Chinese (written and spoken) and English
High level proficiency with the following programs: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
Detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines.
Demonstrates flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions.
Multi-tasker and self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment
Prior experience in the video production is an asset.
