Job Description
Provide daily administrative support to the Womenswear Production team
Update production trackers, raise and amend purchase orders, and maintain accurate records
Assist with tech packs, technical drawings, and sample measurements
Prepare and organise samples for weekly fit sessions and participate in fittings for Cut & Sew Jersey styles
Liaise with suppliers and manage trim approvals and production documentation
Support sustainability initiatives including Chain of Custody management and Lenzing Portal approvals
On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Formal qualifications or relevant experience in production and/or quality control within the apparel industry
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role with offshore production
Experience in fashion apparel preferred
Strong understanding of garment construction, size specifications, and fitting garments
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Outstanding PC skills, with proficiency in all MS Office applications, especially Excel
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team
Ability to prioritise and multitask while maintaining accuracy and quality
