The Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Bakery Production All-Rounder to join our team. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in producing high-quality products at scale.
You’ll be involved across all areas of production, from mixing and shaping to baking and packing.
Key Responsibilities
Mixing and preparing doughs (sourdough, English muffins, crumpets, and more)
Dividing, shaping, and handling products with consistency
Operating bakery equipment safely and efficiently
Baking and monitoring product quality
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Supporting the team across all areas of production as needed
About You
Must have full working rights (no student or restricted visa)
Fluent in English
Minimum 2 years of previous bakery or food production experience preferred
Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Able to work flexible shifts
Team player with a positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their work
