Job Description
We are seeking a Production Chemist to support manufacturing operations within our pharmaceutical facility. The role focuses on executing production processes in accordance with approved procedures while maintaining compliance with GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
Execute manufacturing activities as per approved BMR/BPR and SOPs.
Monitor in-process parameters and maintain production discipline.
Ensure accurate documentation of batch activities and records.
Maintain compliance with GMP, safety, and hygiene norms.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for sampling and batch progression.
Assist in equipment operation, cleaning, and maintenance activities.
Support adherence to production schedules and output targets.
Maintain cleanliness and operational discipline within the production area.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma mandatory).
Experience preferred.
Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Discipline and adherence to regulatory standards.
