Job description, work day and responsibilities
What We Offer
Co-op fee reimbursement up to $1000, if eligible
Opportunities to take part in job related training and development

Understand the plant’s safety culture and protocols
Assist and lead in equipment troubleshooting, and root cause analyses
Assist and lead continuous improvement projects
Develop processes for data utilization
Support the training team for document development
Utilize data to share reports that reflect the departments KPIs
Create and optimize reporting of key performance indicators for production
Collaborate with all departments as required
Work closely with production engineers and operations lead on process monitoring & process improvement initiatives
Engineering students preferred
Ability to work independently
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communicator
Time management skills
Prior experience working in a manufacturing setting is considered an asset
