Responsible for batch preparation, Responsible for cooking & kitchen activity; Having good knowledge of RM specification, responsible food safety, having good knowledge of food process -RTE / RTC, Sauces, gravies, chutneys, curries, dips, condiments.
Required minimum three to five years’ experience as COOK in food industry
