As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficient production processes, and implementing quality control measures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and ensure on-time delivery of products. Additionally, you will analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance productivity and quality. Qualifications • Strong knowledge and experience in Production Engineering • Excellent analytical skills to assess production data and identify areas for improvement • Ability to develop and implement effective production plans • Experience in quality control and implementing quality standards • Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address production issues • Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
