Role Description

The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring efficient production processes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and continuously improve production systems and procedures.

• Strong background in Polymer Engineering
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in production planning and optimization
• Knowledge of quality control processes
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• ERP system knowledge and ISO system awareness
