Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
• Oversee a workforce of employees in the manufacturing department
• Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
• Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
• Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
• Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
• • Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
• To expedite raw material planning and organize for raw material.
• Responsible for documentation control, record keeping and revision of records.
• Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Implement 5s, SMED, OEE, Gemba, Bottleneck Analysis and TPM on shopfloor.
• Implement modification of process & line balancing on shopfloor.
• Enforce health and safety precautions
