Job Description:
• Developed and drive the AS-NBI Production Engineering business plan related to Design
• Manage the Improvement activities.
• Focus area Jig Design, Improvement Activities
Job Responsibilities:
1) Daily Management and result orientation
• Make & achieve the various KPI of PE & report to HOD in daily Morning Meeting.
• Co-Ordination with all sections for implementation of Improvement Activities.
• Check the Line Balancing activities.
• Man, Movement study to standardize the load balance
• Kaizen to be done at bottleneck process
• Knowledge of Auto CAD & Jig Design in 2D and 3D
• Knowledge of New Part Development activities (i.e., MCP, S evaluation data)
• Preparing Monthly Review Sheet (Safety, Cost, Delivery).
• Horizontally Deployed the Latest CT and Line Improvement and maintain the documents
2) Team Building
• Training new employees in the PE Team regarding process flow.
• Ability to implement the department control as per rule & training to junior.
Experience: 4 years or more (preferably in automotive industry)
Qualification: Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering /4year Diploma in Design
Skills:
• Good Knowledge of Manufacturing process
• Good Knowledge of Auto Cad
• Make the Jig and Fixture design inhouse
• Good Knowledge of Kaizen Activities
• Knowledge of Assembly Process(Optional)
