Mechanical Engineers with experience in the Iron Casting Industry will be preferred.
Experience: Experience of handling following instrument is must.
Hardness Testing Machine.
UTM.
Chemical Spectromaxx.
Autocad and Drawing reading.
Job description:
To get the production of material done in consultation with the head office.
Maintaining Board with running production with its specification as per P.O. requirement.
In house test report of raw material.
Provide in-house inspection reports of production during manufacturing as follows:
For Casting: Chemical, dimension, weight
For Balls: Dimension by Go & No Go Gauge & weight of balls at random.
To keep record of every test of finished material, such as- Chemical Analysis, Weight Verification, Dimension & Hardness.
Prepare an in-house inspection report of the finished material.
Identify product defects, their root causes, and provide recommendations and solutions to overcome the quality issue to management.
Reporting on the quality of products throughout all phases of production.
Training new workers, molders, and melters accordingly.
Staying up-to-date with new quality control techniques and methods.
Pattern checking as per drawing.
Maintain production stock.
Conduct the final inspection of the produced material in consultation with H.O. and prepare inspection documents as per P.O. requirements during the final inspection.
Maintain MIS.
Fettling department inspection and supervision.
After inspection, dispatch of material as per PO.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
