EXP - 02 TO 10 YEARS.
• DWM -Initiation and following
• Hydraulics knowledge
• Production Plan Release
• Drawing study
• Day today activity follow up with employee
• Co-ordinate with planing team for material allocation
• Reduce overtime
• Check of ensure ontime procedure in schedule
• Achieve 100% Production target of committed
• Supervise & direct assemble line junior engineer etc
