Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Production Engineer with a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. This role involves ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes while implementing continuous improvement methods. The position is located in Delhi, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Ernakulam, and Bangalore Urban.
Qualifications And Skills
• Experience in Quality Control.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing (Mandatory skill).
• Strong Project Management skills (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in Process Optimization to make production processes more efficient.
• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve production issues.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies to maintain high product quality.
• Strong Technical Troubleshooting skills to address equipment and process issues.
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management to ensure smooth production flow.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Monitor and ensure the quality control of dental restoration products.
• Implement lean manufacturing strategies to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
• Manage and coordinate production projects from inception to completion.
• Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct root cause analysis for any production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production process.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with machinery, equipment, and processes.
• Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of materials.
