• Minimum Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any basic technical education
• Experience: 2-4 years in a manufacturing or composite production environment (freshers can be considered)
• Basic understanding of production processes and documentation
Job Description:
• Assist in the layup, trimming, and curing processes of composite parts as instructed by the supervisor.
• Handle preparation of raw materials, molds, tools, and workspace prior to production operations.
• Support in maintaining process cycle documentation, ensuring each stage is recorded accurately.
• Monitor basic production parameters and report deviations or equipment malfunctions immediately.
• Work under the supervision of the Production Supervisor to ensure tasks are completed as per SOPs and safety standards.
• Coordinate material movement within the production area and assist in tracking material usage.
• Perform minor maintenance, cleaning of tools, molds, and machinery after each cycle as instructed.
• Adhere strictly to PPE usage, shop floor hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support inventory audits, scrap recording, and basic stock monitoring relevant to daily production.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
