Description
1. Candidate has to handle the Shifts Operations in all shifts.
2. Should be able to analyse the production issues & timely resolution.
3. Provide support to the sub-ordinates during Shift & Postproduction, also able to handle the manpower in shift operations.
4. Responsible for order Confirmation in various reports during the shift
5. Well coordination between mould Station configuration to planner and execution team.
6. Verification of plan orders, seconds order creation, Verification of scrapping and repairing
7. Consolidated Reports to be prepared during shift Operation.
8. Analysis of previous day activities and corrective actions against deviations during the production
+. Special order tracking and mail shift wise to the seniors (MTO, Exports reports)
10. Actively Participation requires in 5S & Lean management for respective zone.
11. Candidates has to resolve the conflicts between Machine Team & Conveyor Team if requires; also Team building approach has to be shown.
12. Optimizing resources in shift & ensuring quality.
