Job Description
As a Production Helper at The Wood White India, you will assist in the production process of our bed linen and bath linen products. Your role will involve supporting the production team in various tasks to ensure efficient operation, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and helping us meet our production targets.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and operation of production machinery specific to bed linen and bath linen manufacturing.
- Provide materials, tools, and support to production workers as needed.
- Ensure the production area is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Monitor product quality and report any issues to the production supervisor.
- Handle the loading and unloading of materials and finished products.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the production supervisor.
• Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a têxtile manufacturing environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Working Conditions:
- Standing for long periods in a manufacturing setting.
- Exposure to têxtile fibers, noise, and varying temperatures.
- Shift work may be required, including evenings and weekends.
